Everything was great - soundproof rooms and adequate breakfasts. I enjoyed having an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - the best of the 3-star hotels I stayed at previously. The service was outstanding as the staff was polite. The facilities were good too.

Stunning location, informative staff, perfect beds, marvellous breakfast, fantastic value for money. Room was incredibly comfortable and featured air conditioning, coffee and terrace. Perfect service during my such wonderful stay. I loved nearby Meat Liquor, they had nice drinks.

the service was superb, the food was lovely. we went to imperial, located a short way from the hotel, to have some dinner. beds were comfy, bathroom was spacious as expected. we appreciated our stay here.

The staff was loyal, there was a public parking. Had a fresh breakfast there. Regarding price, think it's good value for Croydon.

Very close to crystal palace park, 10 minutes' walk to west croydon train station. Free WiFi was working perfectly.
